Metrocity 2016 AW for Seoul Fashion Week

If you've been catching up with me on Instagram, you probably saw my updates in Seoul for Fashion Week. I attended Metrocity's Fall/Winter 2016 Collection, "Hippy Happy Shake," which embodies relaxed, freestyle silhouettes, fluffy textures, fringe and tassel details, handmade patchwork all with a decorative twist. This year, Metrocity is featuring supermodel Barbara Palvin, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience seeing her up close on the runway. Now, I'll let the photos do the talking.

I recently discovered Mohee Accessories on Instagram, and after emailing back and forth with the founder of the brand, I was lucky enough to meet the team right here in Tokyo. These accessories are unique in design and concept - simply lace them into your shoes and you're good to go. I can already imagine these accessories giving my sneakers a fresh new look. Thanks Mohee! Alexandra Stan x Bershka collaboration event

"Mr. Saxobeat" singer Alexandra Stan is back in Tokyo in style! Last night was the #ALESTAxBershka collaboration event in Shibuya, and she did a spectacular performance from the 3rd floor of Bershka. I attended with Marie and Mika, and we also enjoyed an in-depth interview with Alexandra after the performance. Her Bershka collaboration dress and backpack are in stores as of yesterday, and I already bought the dress (can't wait to wear it to a music festival!). Her new album "ALESTA" is already out so check that out, too. She is the sweetest, most down-to-earth woman, and we were all surprised when she did a Snapchat selfie with us! Being an aspiring singer and artist, she is a huge inspiration to me in terms of both fashion and music. Best of luck on your summer tour, and see you again Alexandra! 

「Mr. Saxobeat」のルーマニア出身の歌手、アレクサンドラスタンさんがスタイリッシュに来日！昨夜は　#ALESTAxBershkaのコラボレーションイベントが、Bershka渋谷店にて開催されたので、友達のマリーとミカちゃんと行ってきました。お店の３階から、フリーライブを披露して、人がたくさん集まっていました！素晴らしいパフォーマンスで、ノリノリでした！彼女とBershkaのコラボレーションアイテムのワンピースとリュックは、昨日より発売。早速ワンピースをゲットしちゃいました（音楽フェスで着るのが楽しみ！）。アレクサンドラのニューアルバム、「ALESTA」は、すでにリリースされていて、昨日も収録曲を歌いました。彼女と写真撮ったり、お話しすることができて、本当に優しくて素敵な方です♡スナチャにも載せてもらいました！夏のツアー、頑張って欲しいです！また会える日を楽しみにしています♪

First signs of spring (featuring Tobi & Klasse14)

Catching up with fashion illustrator Akiko Hiramatsu

A few nights ago, I attended a blogger dinner hosted by Farfetch with Japanese blogger and illustrator Akiko Hiramatsu. She and I met at a Pinterest workshop over a year ago, and unfortunately hadn't seen each other since. We were so happy to spend time catching up over a fantastic dinner with the Farfetch team, who has been so kind to the both of us.

Akiko recently published an illustrated style book titled "Akiko Hiramatsu's Fashionholic Way," and she surprised me with a copy! I've already started reading it, and I was fascinated about how she got to where she is now, and all the beautiful illustrations and photos of her outfit choices and suggestions. She's been taking on many illustration jobs for fashion magazines and websites as well. But wait, she surprised me again - with my very own style illustration! Akiko, you are the coolest. Thank you!

先日、Farfetchさんが開催したブロガーディナーに行ってきました。ファッションブロガーとイラストレーターの平松昭子さんも同席されていたので、とても楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。平松さんとは、１年以上前にPinterestのワークショップで初めてお会いしてから全然会えていなかったので、久しぶりの再会となりました。Two Roomsでの美味しいお食事とともにFarfetchの方と昭子さんとたくさんお話ができて、本当に良かったです。

昭子さんは最近、イラストスタイルブック、「平松昭子のファッションホリック道」を出版されていて、私もコピーを頂きました！早速読んでみたところ、今の昭子さんに至までの道のりを知ることができて、彼女への尊敬と憧れが更に増しました。イラストも写真もどれも素敵で、たくさんのスタイルアドバイスをしています。他にも、ファッション誌やウェブサイトのイラストもやっているそうです。あっ、待って下さい、また私をサプライズしてくれました。私のイラストも描いて頂いたんです！感動。。昭子さん、いつも本当にありがとうございます！またお会いできるの楽しみです♡
