The package came with the earphones, a nice leather pouch to protect them, a charger and several different sizes of the rubber earbud covers. The smallest ones fit my ears the best. I had no trouble connecting the earphones to my iPhone via Bluetooth. I love how these rose gold & white one match my iPhone 6!

BABY-G x Trill Glamping party

It's summertime & the living's good. The other day, I was really feeling the summer vibes at the BABY-G x Trill glamping party out at Wild Magic in Toyosu. BABY-G teamed up with a Japanese curated app Trill for a girly evening of healthy BBQ and drinks. Apparently, "glamping" is a new word that means "glamorous camping." Perfect way to spend an evening outdoors, right?

I'm a huge fan of BABY-G's useful, sturdy and colorful watch designs which are great for daily use. Almost all of their watches are water and shock resistant, radio controlled, has a tough solar and light function as well as displaying world time,  tide graphs and lap/split time. It really is the ideal watch for travelers and surfers, runners, skateboarders, and other people who are active and need a watch that will not fail on them. I chose a black and gold watch from their new glamping series, and it's probably by far my favorite design. Check out more of their cute designs here.

Light-reflecting

Experimenting with light and shadows with Rhino, wearing my favorite T-shirt, choker, jeans, sunglasses, and - well basically everything. And when the ridiculous humidity calls for nothing else but a T-shirt + jeans kind of look everyday for the rest of the summer, I'll stick to my SoCal beach casual. Battling the summer humidity in Japan has always been a topic of frustration for me for the past 4 years. The thing I love most about NARS is that a little goes a long way, especially their foundations. The Velvet Matte is a recent favorite, as it glides on so smoothly and effortlessly, and I'll just add some concealer on problem spots if the foundation doesn't do the trick. And I probably wouldn't use two different finishing powders in the winter, but I find it a must for me in the summer heat.
